FollowTheMoney (FtM) is a data model designed for anti-corruption investigations. It includes definitions of key entities such as individuals and companies, along with tools to effortlessly generate, validate, and export this data. The model allows entities to reference one another, forming a graph of relationships crucial for thorough investigations.

This model was created by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), a non-profit organization that conducts cross-border investigations into organized crime and corruption. OCCRP provides journalists with tools and data models like FtM to enhance their investigative efforts.

The API is currently in beta, which means it is still under development and testing to ensure its functionality and reliability. We follow the OpenAPI Specification version 2.0, ensuring a consistent and robust framework for defining our RESTful web services.
